Starting with RHEL 6, Red Hat will no longer provide RHCT certifications. If you need an RHCE, you need to pass RHCSA (Red Hat certified system administrator) exam and then the RHCE exam.
Before, you only need to write one exam to get an RHCT/RHCE, well at least when I did mine four years back.
